East Indians are basically Mumbai Catholics. They share our Goan culture. There is also an east indian sorpotel version.
I'm also an East Indian, This recipe has 29 ingredients, but you have shown only 13. You may miss one or two ingredients, not so many.

DO NOT BOIL THE COCONUT GRAVY AFTER POURING VINEGAR, TURN IT DOWN TO A LOW SIMMER FIRST OR COCONIT CREAM WILL CURDLE. ADD VINEGAR.AT THE VERY END, AFTER SIMMERING BOTH BATCHES OF COCONIT MILK. Split coconut milk tastes.awful and gives a funny smell.
